Having spent many years in the market, Ross has gained a deep understanding of the issues that customers face and developed a clear vision of the service structure, realizing which values genuinely matter to clients. Serhii, for his part, brings to the partnership his extensive experience in development, complemented by a personal project integrating smart home technologies in his own home, allowing him to fully appreciate the comfort they provide.The combination of Ross's and Serhii's business acumen and practical and technical experience in development, construction, and smart home technologies has shown that their union could create a company founded on four core values. Our meticulous approach allowed us to form a clear associative direction, evident both in the name LUC - light under control, and in all the lighting effects of our company's products.We didn't miss a single aspect: from the development of fonts to printed materials, from the selection of the color palette to the choice of materials - everything was calibrated with impeccable precision. The task was challenging for our branding company, but after three months of hard work, the product was created. Every element, every nuance was thought out and realized with high standards of quality in mind.

At this stage, we meet with the client to clarify their needs, wishes and expectations for the project:Defining lighting and sound design. Selection of light automation systems and types of shutters. Equipment selection. Development of lighting and sound scenarios. Planning of layout for comfort.The goal of the meeting is to precisely understand the client's requests, budget to be able provide tailored solutions.

DESIGN CREATION

During this phase, we craft the design that outlines the placement of control systems, the installation sites for keypads and sensors, and, when working with lighting design, the positioning of lighting fixtures with precise specifications for power and color. We also delineate sound zoning and optimal placement.Additionally, we develop detailed scenarios for the use of the space, ensuring functionality and aesthetic appeal align perfectly with the client's vision. This meticulous design process sets the foundation for the effective and satisfying implementation of the project.

ESTIMATES AND
AGREEMENT
APPROVAL

At this stage, based on the developed project, we prepare a detailed cost estimate for the work and materials required.Once the estimate is agreed upon, we draft a contract for the project execution, which clearly outlines all terms of cooperation: timelines, costs, warranty obligations, and other key aspects.This stage culminates with the signing of the contract with the client, marking the official commencement of the project work.

PROJECT
IMPLEMENTATION

Upon receiving the advance payment, we proceed to order all the materials for the entire project and wait for their delivery. If the construction part at the client's site is ready for our equipment installation, we begin laying cables and performing the necessary in-wall installation works.After the completion of the finishing works on the site, we carry out the installation of all control components, lighting, and sound systems.This is followed by the setup of all equipment, integrating all systems into a single control unit, configuring scenarios, testing, and finally, demonstrating the fully functional setup to the client.

WARRANTY AND
SERVICE

During the first year of operation, our company provides free warranty service for the systems. This includes the option to adapt and modify smart home usage scenarios according to the preferences of clients, which are identified during daily use. In addition, we guarantee the quality of all installed equipment, which is backed by warranties from the manufacturers, as our company is their official distributor. This ensures full warranty support for all products installed as part of the project.
